Order fulfillment

We are a growing operation that roasts to from week to week. We want you to get your coffee as and as fresh as possible. Our typical roast day is currently on Wednesdays, with orders going out Wednesday through Saturday at noon. Depending on when you order in the week, you can expect order fulfillment to take place 1-4 days after submission.
 

Local Delivery & Roastery Pick-up

If you’re a Taunton neighbor and have selected local delivery, you can typically expect your order to be delivered on Friday when our local delivery route goes out. If you’ve selected Wednesday pick-up at the Dartmouth Grange where we roast, then you can pick up at the Grange Kitchen from 1PM-4PM by accessing the kitchen at the side door.
 

Shipping By mail

We use USPS priority mail for all ground shipped orders. If you’re in the MA or RI area, you can expect delivery within 1-2 days of your order being fulfilled. If you live outside of MA or RI, you can expect delivery in 2-3 days.
 

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or defective for any reason, please contact us directly here so that we can rectify the situation at no additional cost to you.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on bags of coffee; we will however accept exchanges with clothing and mugs in order to find you the right fit. Return shipping for the original purchase will be at the customer’s expense. Please contact us here for all exchanges.
